The room was impeccably clean and offered essential amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. The hotel's location was wonderful, situated in a quiet area with a market and shopping outlets within walking distance. 

The place was perfectly clean. Staff was extremely friendly and superfriendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous food they offered. The location was ideal and incredible, short walk to a Thai restaurant, the outskirts of York, and the Christmas Market. 

The hotel itself was pleasant and reasonably clean. Its EASY, remote location was a plus.

The hotel has a remote location to a Thai restaurant which served fantastic food. And it's nestled in a very comfortable building adjacent to public transport, the shops and the shopping outlet and park and ride.  

Room was super clean and had everything you need - central heating, an iron with a board, and a handy setup for making your own tea and coffee ☕.

The food at Thai Season was outstanding and there was a great selection of dishes on the menu. The location was perfect, and the service was efficient. The restaurant also had a really nice atmosphere, and there was
